I embrace a variety of different methods, including psychodynamic, depth, imaginal, CBT, somatic, solution-focused, recovery model and mindfulness and attachment based approaches and interventions.

At this time, I am out-of-network for all insurance carriers. I do, however, prepare a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company who may reimburse a portion of your out-of-network costs once any applicable co-pays and deductibles are met.

My fee is $200 per session for individuals and $225 per session for couples or families.

Yes, I can assess and diagnose clients utilizing the criteria in the DSM V. An additional fee will be assessed for this service.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California, also referred to as a licensed psychotherapist. My license number is 125944 and held with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

I obtained my bachelors degree from Boston University in Communications, my clinical Masters Degree in Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and post-graduate certificate in Somatic Depth Psychotherapy through Wendy Elliot. Currently I’m pursuing training and certification in Attachment-Focused EMDR through the Parnell Institute. I am also a certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
